GSE IN-ROOF is a mounting system, allowing the building integrated installation of standard solar panels on new builds or roof-renewal properties. The system has the advantage that it fits with most of solar PV panels available on the market.

 

With more than 4.000.000 m² installed in the world GSE Integration kit is, to date, the most cost efficient in-roof PV system on the market.

 

The GSE BIPV system and its new design, now sizes and covers the productive roofs of the new constructions and confirms its leadership position in the UK, the Netherlands and France. Now we are came to Poland, Czechia, and Slovakia.

This new expansion of our MCS 012 certification is the latest step in the ongoing certification of the leading BIPV product in Europe. The certification is now being expanded to cover two new PV modules and to achieve a maximum design wind uplift resistance of 2,71 kPa.

 

This perfectly complements the numerous tests carried out in France, where in its country of origin, the system has been certified by the highest French building recognition, CSTB’s Technical Appraisal (ATec) since 2016.

GSE IN-ROOF SYSTEM gives you the possibility to choose modules benefiting new technologies that suit the best your projects and integrate them in the roof in portrait or landscape.

United Kingdom

Project port of London Authority

The Port of London Authority has a responsibility to lead the way in sustainability. With this in mind, when they were presented with the opportunity to fit solar panels during the refurbishment of their headquarters in Gravesend, they decided to make clean energy generation part of the very fabric of their building.

 

While most solar PV installations sit ‘on-top’ of the roof, an innovative mounting system allows the panels to become the roof.

This 78.08kW integrated system will produce over 74,428kW/h’s of clean electricity harnessed from our sun.

 

As a result, not only will PLA reduce their grid consumption by c.21% per annum, they will also reduce their carbon footprint by over 16,260kg’s per annum.

 

Developed, Designed and Delivered by BeBa Energy. In this project the developer equipped solar panels integrated into the roof by the GSE IN-ROOF SYSTEM by GSE INTÉGRATION.

The Netherlands

Project Gildenhof in Dronten

The project was developed by IJsselland Ontwikkeling B.V. and realised by construction company De Bruin-Putten B.V. 29 homes were built, where atmosphere and sustainability are perfectly combined.

 

The houses generate as much (or more) energy as is needed for the house and the household. In the Gildenhof this is achieved by providing the homes with good insulation and smart installations with their own energy generation.

 

All homes are equipped by Dutch Solar Systems B.V. with no less than 23 solar panels, which are integrated into the roof by the GSE IN-ROOF SYSTEM from GSE INTÉGRATION.

 

Due to the smart orientation of the houses, all houses have a south-facing garden and the solar panels on the roofs can optimally capture the sun.

Project Dorpshaven in Aalsmeer

In total, Dorpshaven consists of 118 homes. The entire plan exudes the typical Scandinavian atmosphere that does justice to the beautiful residential location on waterways.

 

The housing offer is diverse: row and deck houses, semi-detached houses and water houses. Many of the houses have a garden or terrace on water, which is connected to the Ringvaart and the Westeinderplas. For a number of housing types, buyers had a choice of three unique Scandinavian colours.

 

The Dorpshaven development team consists of AGNova architects and Synchroon. In collaboration with the municipality of Aalsmeer. In this project the developer also equipped solar panels integrated into the roof by the GSE IN-ROOF SYSTEM from GSE INTÉGRATION.
